Enter the Angry Audio USB Analog Audio Gizmo. Angry Audio engineered it so the power, ground, and data lines between the computer and audio circuitry are all galvanically isolated. A ground loop is simply not possible. It costs more to build it this way, so you won’t see this approach on cheap USB interfaces.
